Guardian: COVID-19 Response

We have responded and changed to support clients during the COVID-19 period 

There have been wide reaching impacts caused by COVID-19 across the community and Guardian FM has responded to the changing environment in order to protect our clients, their staff and the community while maintaining our high level of support.

Guardian has adopted a no-compromises approach to COVID-19 and staff and contractors are issued with PPE and have had relevant training to support the changes in our approach.

We have updated our work-practices and policies and have introduced a mandatory isolation policy should any members of our team display flu-like symptoms.

We have updated the SOPs for sites to increase both touch point surface wiping and sanitisation as appropriate.

To protect business continuity for Guardian and our clients, we have revised our contingency plans and introduced back-up briefings for all sites to supplement our management and reporting systems.
